So, the market isn't frozen, and you don't need to put your plans on ice either. Yes, higher rates are keeping some buyers on the sidelines. But hold out for next spring, and you'll sit out months when other serious buyers — many relocating for work, downsizing, or drawn to the historic charm of New Castle and the surrounding Brandywine Valley — are ready to move before the new year.
