Raised in Delaware, Erin brings a deep understanding of the local market and a genuine connection to the communities she serves. Having lived in and around Hockessin, Greenville, and Pike Creek, she offers firsthand knowledge that allows her to guide clients with confidence and insight.

Before transitioning into real estate, Erin built her career working with law firms focused on real estate transactions. Her experience working alongside real estate attorneys provides her with a strong foundation in the contractual and legal aspects of the process, allowing her to anticipate issues, explain contracts clearly, and help protect her clients’ best interests every step of the way.

Erin is known for her thoughtful, detail-oriented approach and her commitment to making the buying and selling process clear, organized, and stress-free from start to finish. She prides herself on being highly responsive and believes that clear communication and education are essential to a successful real estate experience.

Outside of real estate, Erin enjoys spending time with her family and friends and values being actively involved in her community. Her children attend Salesianum School and Upland Country Day School, and she is a proud supporter of their involvement in hockey. as well as other extracurricular activities.
